RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
